Doodle Jump also has a new appearance and enhanced graphics. They're still doodle drawings, but there's a considerable improvement in clarity and animation quality this time around, and for a game with such a simplistic aesthetic, those tiny things matter a lot.
In the Doodle Jump game, the Black hole is a hazard. They are visible as dark, circular tears in the paper. It appears differently based on the topic, such as Space, where it is a real black hole. Doodler will be sucked into the Black hole if he collides with it.
The Doodler, or, more specifically, a horizontally scrolling list of Doodlers, can be found at the bottom of the screen. The list is numbered 1 through 8, depicting the eight levels of Doodle Jump 2 – each with its own intro screen and wiggly creatures.
